Description
As technical personnel gets scares and hour tariff rise, the justification of (unnecessary) traveling hours are more and more under discussion and hard to explain.
Remote analyses before heading over to fix the problem will be a more efficient way of working, especially when there is a great distance between the service organisation and the failing object.
This training explains different technical solutions to remotely analyse and maintain equipment. Further more it will be explained how to predict failure based on logged data, analyse and find root causes.
To remotely test equipment and do first line trouble shooting most IoT equipment can be reset or reconfigured remotely. This training will show how to remotely maintain some major PLC and field devices (Siemens, Rockwell, Mitshubishi, Endress + Hausser, Danfoss).
- Establish a remote connection
- Security issues and measures
- Setup data logging
- Setup a dashboard for a remote system
- Build queries and make an analyses
- Build a breakdown report and create a work order
- Resetting different equipment remotely
- Connecting programming device to remote devices
This training is completely hands on. Every participant will have a computer system connected to different remote access networks and devices. We use realtime breakdown simulations to gain a real life experience.
This training can be part of any 5S, LEAN or 6Sigma program and gives you a hands on tool to implement these improvement theories.
